Pulsing jet bag filter dust collector

  • The dust collection efficiency of a well designed and fabricated bag filters can be 99 % or above, even fine particles such as 0.1 μm can be captured. This efficiency mainly depends on how the filter media matches the physical properties of dust. The desired efficiency can not be achieved if not properly matched that leads to bag filters easily plugged and broken during operation. Except the well experience, the complete consideration shall be put in design, fabrication, operation management.

  • We provide the customers standard type bag filters, also tailor-made. According to physical and chemical properties of dust and flue gas e.g. acidity and basicity, temperature, moisture, explosive, corrosion etc., we select optimum filter media and filtration area, make easy operation, safety structure, high efficiency collection, effective dust removal and discharge, blower, piping & wiring from design, fabrication, installation to commissioning. The after service, retrofit and supervision are feasible too.

  • Characteristic

  • Using cylindrical filter cloths, capture the dust on outside of the cylinder, remove the dust accumulated on the filters by compressed air pulse jet.

  • Capture dusts effectively, even fumes if desired.

  • Remove the dust accumulated on the filters effectively.

  • Durable filter media

  • Filters are drawn out upward. Easy replacement.

  • Application:

  •     1. From general dust to submicron particles
        2. Installed downstream of semi-dryer that removes toxic gases e.g. SOx, NOx, HF, HCl, H2S etc..
        3. Purify contaminated air on the ends of pneumatic transportation system
        4. Other general application

  • Flue gas treatment capacity:

  •     * Small:10 m3/min ~100 m3/min
        * Medium:100 m3/min ~1000 m3/min
        * Large:above 1000 m3/min

  • Operation temperature:    It can be up to 250 ℃ if select proper filter media, but pre-cooler is recommended to be installed before bag filters for flue gas temperature over 200 ℃.

  • Operation mode:    Continuous

  • Dust removal:    Automatic reversal pulse jets by compressed air.

  • Filtering:

  • Cleaning:
